We have just finished our lease of the premises at 50 Margaret Street after a period of Five years. For Much of that period, the building manager was Nigel Wraight of Forte Asset Services (Formally Wraight Property). In many buildings dealing with the building, the manager can be an event to be avoided. I can happily say that in the case of 50 Margaret street we have no such issues. We did not have any concerns in the building but whenever anything arose Nigel was easily contacted, and any problem was remedied without delay and in an efficient manner. He did a great job which is in marked contradiction to the experiences we have had in other buildings. Of particular significance is the assistance he gave s when we left the building in terms of identifying delivery personnel and arranging access to the loading zone. A difficult job was made very easy.
We enjoyed 50 Margaret Street and our departure was for reasons other than the building. There is no doubt that the pleasant nature of our stay was in no small way contributed to by the pleasant and efficient work of Nigel.

Forte Asset Services took over the management of the building we were a tenant in , a couple of years ago. They Immediately set about introducing themselves and getting to know the tenants, which came as quite a pleasant surprise. They are very professional and easy to deal with and were proactive in ensuring that our needs are met.
Even though we are only a small tenant, they were very responsive to our occasional requests and made us feel valued as a tenant. Certainly, makes us feel that we are getting more value than just an empty office space for our Rent.
