Forte has been providing building management services for the Fairfax Data Center at Pyrmont for the past five years. JBS&G Australia Pty Ltd occupies a whole floor tenancy with additional car parking and basement storage within 50 Margaret Street Sydney NSW. Nigel Wraight of Wraight Property (now Forte Asset Services) has been our building manager for over 12 months. JBS&G has held this tenancy for approximately 5 years and during this period have had two previous building managers. Nigel has delivered by far superior services when compared to the previous managers. He is responsive and attentive to any queries or concerns in relation to building facilities, contractors or other tenants. Issues have been effectively closed out in appropriate time frames and where alternative arrangements have been required, Nigel has taken the time to work with our business to develop the best achievable outcomes. JBS&G has completed minor office fit out activities during the last six months that required access to services in the ceiling of the tenancy below us. Nigel worked through issues associated with the existing infrastructure and facilitated access to other tenancies without issue on our behalf to ensure minimal disruption to our contractors and to the tenancy below. Nigel is always polite and courteous to all our staff and takes the time to listen and work with us should there be any concerns that require to be addressed with facilities, access or our staff.
Wraight Property (Now Forte Asset Services) took over the management of the building we were a tenant in , a couple of years ago. They Immediately set about introducing themselves and getting to know the tenants, which came as quite a pleasant surprise. They are very professional and easy to deal with and were proactive in ensuring that our needs are met. Even though we are only a small tenant, they were very responsive to our occasional requests and made us feel valued as a tenant.
