There are many variations to the Residential Building Management process.
Many Body Corporates / Executive Committee prefer to manage the entire process themselves. While others engage a Strata Manager.

There are others who have a variation of both, with the financials via the Strata Manager, and the practical maintenance is managed directly and so the list goes on.

We work with many combinations; it is up to you.
Communications is the key.

During many years of working with various organisations, strata manager, property managers, commercial landlords and so forth we have gained a very thorough understanding of the strata processes and the principals which make it work.
The By-Laws and legislation are core documents, which serve us to help you with compliance, maintenance and ongoing aesthetic appeal of the property.

Your Residential Building Management Team

Who is in the Team?

First and Foremost is your Building Manager. We always employ, we do not sub-contract this role. The Person is typically of a trade background and / or very practical based mentality. We Look for a “can do” attitude who are happy to get their hands dirty from time to time.

Secondly, we have the Facility Manager. This person attends your site on a regular basis to oversee the building manager and to check on maintenance and compliance. Thirdly, we have the account manager. This person is there to ensure the building is running to your expectations. To ensure cleaning, landscaping, maintenance, facility services, documentation and building management is performing as you expect.
